While i was painting this work inspired by Nosa Iyobhebhe and her drive for mental health awareness, I was only thinking of how to capture the unseen pain and headaches we have brought to ourselves. My question is how many more loved ones are we gonna loose to this culture? How many
more are still trapped in this valley? questions comes again how long
are we gonna stay entrapped in this valley of inhumane destruction,
how long are we gonna stay in this fragmented culture? Yes i call it
fragment because drug and substance addiction is only a speck in our life.
We can do this. We can #saynotodrugabuse.
We can find happiness again.
We will find jollity
We find exuberance again.

I followed up the #saveourchildren campaign i really think the music of nowadays are seriously dealing with us in various ways. Substance abuse is one of them. Parents need to restrict the kind of music their children play. Peer group it not also exceptional. Thank you for this wonderful piece keep preaching. Bless you
ReplyDeleteI think its a great piece of work for a great course... Though substance abuse to me is a very bad thing and and be disadvantageous I feel for every one intentional abuse there are two or three more people stuck on normal doctors prescriptions , pain killers and such for diseases and problems that could be easily averted, so its on a whole new level. Big ups boss , keep up the great job!!
ReplyDeleteThe word "abuse" sums up every beautiful attempt on defining the sin.

I thank God for the simple fact that we can illustrate what is happening currently. And as I have explained to everyone you are my paint brush. I can't wait share this painting and the other ones in The Unseen Language exhibition. I am so happy to have discovered you and your passion for painting. The best is yet to come
